The sim was WAY to kind to the Nationals.

Wish butler was doing as well as he is in this game in real life ...

But i was managing the Royals with basically no changes to the lineup.

Bulter and Gordon dominated. Teahan and Guillen had career years..

Managed to make the playoffs.

Lost to the Red Sox.. Who went on to lose to the Cubs in the WS ..

They added Dunn and Olsen. Thats got to help them a little. A lot of teams are not playing up to their talent in real life so it seems off.

I just had the Cardinals and Cubs tie for the division lead - worst NL team to go into the playoffs was... the Cubs.

Also had the Yanks and Tampa Bay tie for the Wild Card... Tampa beat 'em up 14-2. Only to be promptly swept by the Angels.

The Phillies in 4th place and 22 GB isn't odd? Bourne w/ 97 stolen bases? wow. Billy Butler? Everything else, other then the O's, looks legit.

This is the worst pos game for reality I ever saw. Somebody who codes loves the GD Yankees and hates the Tex Rangers. The Rangers in a sim season 2009 (using player stats from 2008 I'm sure) were the WORST team in the whole GD league going 58-104 that's total bs. Tampa Bay didn't get anywhere near the playoffs with a 85-77 record. But oh them loved Yankess go 98-64. Then in the central American division who wins? hahaha the farking sorry KC Royals who were only one game from being dead last in the central. More bs. Oakland puts LAA out of the playoffs by 8 games lmfao.

Then in the national league more laughter. Atlanta takes the east 96-66, Mil takes central with BEST GD record in entire league 106-56 baw haw haw haw. Chi Cubs finished so far down the list 76-86 and the total laugh at who the hell programed the stats in this game Cardinals came in dead last at 65-97. LAD are the only ones who came close to the reality of the historial outcome going 90-72 vs 84-78 in real life. The Cin Reds go as the WILD CARD hahahah.

Then of course the DAMN Yankess win the American league (whoever programs the stats you really need to stop being bias towards the Yankess they ain't all that anymore) vs the Cinderella Mil Brewers and the Brewers SWEEP them in 4 har har har Yankess you lose! lol What a rediculous outcome.

Did your beta testers even test the seasonal outcomes? I cannot believe the outcomes are this offbase and the Yankees are anywhere near being in the playoffs let alone top of the east!! Cardinals dead last and the REDS in the PLAYOFFS?!!

And bugs galore that I'll report in another thread. Geesh but at least it didn't crash like 07 did.

Oh btw even with the crappy outcomes it looks great and I'm going to have a fun time working with it and get my Rangers where they should be instead of worst team in league. lol Too bad for those that didn't pre-order now you have to wait 2 more days and pay $10 more haha.

Actually the Rangers were in first through much of the first half of the season in the sim. Then they just fell apart at the end. Maybe a lot of injuries.

No it's not a joke post why would I write a mile long post and be JOKING about it [I used a bad word]!

The stupid player stats are bogus I don't giveadamn who's in first place in the east right now the stats were based off of LAST YEARS player statistics [I used a bad word]. The Yankees suck and the Rangers are a much better team than 58-104 even for LAST YEAR!! Just so you know in the future I don't JOKE when I post I'm serious and I mean business. Now put that in your pipe and smoke it [I used a bad word].

I'm a partial season ticket holder for the Nats sitting at home as it rains instead of being at the park watching Johnson go for #300. At least I have OOTPX to console me.

I do like the Nats so I say this with love but the pitching is just awful. Olsen is not an example of an improvement.

No, sorry, they're based on several project system for 2009 and equalized before park factors. If you got the same result every time life would be boring. Outliers happen.

Well their stupid project system suks then and is BIASED as hell towards the Yankees. This has been every GD edition of OOTPB that I've bought. Always the GD Yankees win win win. It wouldn't have been so bad if the Rangers hadn't been classed so low with this stupid project system. 58-104 preposterous.

Did you see them stomp the Yankees tonight.
