Bug - Pitcher injured on last out of inning

My pitcher was injured on the last out of an inning and it ended up forcing me to restart the whole game.

It was the 4th inning and there were 2 outs. I was fielding and my pitcher was injured fielding the third out of the inning. He makes the play and gets the third out but then it says he is hurt on the play it immediatley goes to the substitution screen so I can replace him. However the substitution screen it went to was for my hitters. So seeing that there were no pitchers on the screen, I couldn't replace my injured pitcher. So I hit the button to continue the game but it wouldn't let me get out of the screen and only gave me a message saying that I can't continue without a pitcher. I looked for some option on the screen to bring up my list of pitchers but there was only my hitters who can't replace my pitcher (believe me I tried). Obviously the game got caught trying to replace my pitcher but was on my offense substitution screen because the third out had occurred and was already switched to my batting.

Anyway, not a big problem because the scenario is very rare but it did force me to turn of the game and restart everything.
