Anybody doing a 2009 photopack yet?

MLB seems to have changed the set up of the bio pages on their websites. The handy "mugshot" photos have been enlarged and in some cases completely replaced with in-game photos.

I remember seeing a website last year that was associated with the MLB website that had all of the players mugshots and logos too. Anyone have the URL? I believe it was something like mlb.mugshots.com.

I was also bummed to see that the MLB page changed the format of their player bio pages and all of the conveniently sized (for OOTP) mugshots have disappeared. Has anyone been able to locate them? I also noticed that you can't get the FULL SIZE photos that the mugshots are taken from anymore without a password. Amazing MLB would go through the trouble to take all these photos this spring and then not use them on their site anymore.

Being a Braves fan - I did save all of the Altlanta mugshots including non-roster invitees and any minor league spring invites who got a photo. I can zip these and mail them to anyone who is trying to put together a 2009 photopack.

All of the MLB mugshots can still be had from mlb.com. When you go to the team's roster page you will first see the in game or live photos. By that I mean that when you click on a player from the roster page (for instance Armando Galarraga from the Tigers) you will see an enlarged photo of him releasing the baseball. On the right top part of the page you will notice these notes:see below... Just click on the Bio link and a new page with his mugshot will show up. Hope this helps

If you goto OOTP10 and look in MODS you will find the thread concerning his work.

Or you can try to sign up for pressbox yourself. But it's kind of a trick, it took me two attempts. I said I was a media assistant for a minor league team. Figured they wouldn't check such a low position. Good luck if you take this route.

Yes, I have all of the 2009 ML pics for guys that were in a Major League ST camp. I pulled them off of mlb.com back in April. Also have about 3/4 of minor leaguers.

It will likely be included in the All-in-One mod that will be hosted on PadresFan's site.

After that, I'll try to have a couple of updates to fill out the minor leaguers I'm missing.
