Fast Paced OOTP9 league has one Opening

FOOL (Front Office Offseason League) is a fast paced league that places the majority of its focus on the offseason transactions (Free agency, trades, first year player draft, etc). The entire season is simmed in one sim, and a new season is run each week. This allows great managers to prove it over a long period of time, while allowing rebuilding teams to only have to suffer for a short period of time.

Currently the Apex Assassins are available as their previous manager had to step aside for personal reasons. The Assassins are the defending two time Continental League champions and have made the playoffs once again this year on AI control.

Just a bump. The available team ended up winning the FOOL Championship this year as an AI, much to the embarrassment of the other owners in the league. We're still looking to fill this team to save them from another year of disgrace of losing to the AI.

In all seriousness, the team was left in a great condition by a former long time player of ootp who didn't have the ability to play any longer. Whoever inherits this team will be in a great spot to compete for many more years.

We currently have two teams available for new owners:

New York Heroes - Won the FOOL Classic (overall league champions) two years in a row about 3 seasons ago, and still boasts two of the best pitchers in the league even though they are getting up there in years.

Hartford Harpooners - One of our league's oldest teams, has the second most titles in the league's history over the past 50+ seasons. Has hit rough times of late and is in the middle of a rebuilding project.

I can confirm that this league is indeed fast paced and is a lot of fun to be a part of. It is the only online league that has kept my attention thus far. Do yourself a favor and try something new and exciting!
