Looking for an opening or New ootp4 league

I just got the game and think its awesome, i have played the old version and think that this one is amazing. I just played about 20 games and my wife wants to kill me but i would like to take full advantage of my investment and take part in an online league. So if there are any openings or new leagues forming please let me know. I promise to be an active owener. I am a teacher so what am else am i going to do for the other 180 days that i dont teach.
