Rounding-Third Starts Recruitment

Rounding-Third Baseball League (R3BL www.rounding-third.com) is starting its initial owner recruitment.

The premise: OOTP5 League, using my slightly split/talent adjusted version of GForce's excellent TotalMinors Roster set (to be released tomorrow). Im usually more of a fictional league fan, however Im looking forward to using some realistic rosters for some competitive MLB play.

Among additions that may be unique to the average OOTP5 league: No salary cap, 7 Round June Amateur Draft, Waivers with demotions, cuts (50% buyout), or trades, restricted free agency ("Probably I'll test the market..."), owner news posting incentives, and off-season simulator.

There will be 4 week long sims per real week. I dont want the league to drag along each year, however i dislike 14-21day sims due to injuries. I can promise a very active commissioner, a friendly and nice looking user interface/webpage, and a very active and enjoyable experience.

Feel free to vulture around, read through the rules, and if you would like, fill out an application. I will be posting the league file and htmls within the next 3-4 days, just giving me enough time to run my excel sheets in comparison to GForce's roster set.

Looks like a great league. I especially like the Restricted Free Agency. Glad to see that idea spread to another league. The owners will love it and hate it at the same time.

Red Blow: Before I came up with a rulebook I lurked around on other league website to find what I thought were the coolest additions. Seeing R.F.A. on the nobl I just had to give it a shot

I was looking for a difficult team, so I choose Cleveland.
