TCBL-Fictional Talent Only League seeks 1 replacement owner

We lost a couple of owners due to time constraints and we are looking for a capable replacement

The open team, the and Colorado Springs Coyotes (you can rename/relocate them at the end of the season if you wish)

The league only has 2 months of simming under its belt, so if you have ever wanted to get in a league from the start and make your mark, heres your opportunity. Even though the league is new, a good portion of the owners have played together for years, coming from the now defunct WHBL. The comissioner disappeared and I have started up a new league for those of us who were left still wanting to play. So while its a new league, we have lots of experienced owners in the league.

A few things we are featuring, Winter League play for prospects, an Independent League for FA to play in

As I stated in the title, it is a Talent only league, so you won't see the actual ratings, you will be basing your evaulations off their potential talent and actual performance rather than just looking at a rating #. It makes for a more realistic scouting replication IMO.

We do plan to upgrade the league to OOTP10 once its released and stable, so thats something to keep in mind as well
