Two questions

1) cant seem to sign coaches in the offseason, they never accept my offers. is there a way to auto-sign staff?

2) would like to change the setting where "owner controls financials" is this possible in a league that is already going?

1) Go into Commissioner mode and assign them to your team.

Are you matching what they ask for? Try offering them whatever money and years your offer defaults to, without editing it to what they ask. I find about a third or a little more of them will sign for what they ask.

2) If the option is there and isn't greyed out, then you can change it. If it is greyed out, check every month or so for a year to see if that changes.
