Keeping foreign players out of Fictional Leagues?
How would I go about doing this? I created a new planet with 5 continents with countries, cities, etc. and I put foreigner percentage to 0 in all leagues. I have high school and college leagues from the fictional places and the draftees are only from the feeders. I tried deleting all the players and they came back. Am I doing something wrong?
Any help is appreciated, Thanks |

Have you got the option for hidden players still turned on? If you have, then the teams will still scout internationally and find them.
The best way to keep foreigners out of leagues is to set the foreigner limit for each league to 0 in the Rules page for the league.

I'll try to turn off hidden players, thanks. The foreigner percentage is set to zero in all leagues.
