WTP or RAR extension?

I download two quickstarts (College and World), but they have WTP and Rar extensions. How do I use them or where do I put them?

Hi there,

1) WTP is a file extention name for WORLD TEMPLATES files.
I believe the file with the extention is NOT a quickstart.
Read the part of the manual linked below, and follow the instruction.

2) Rar extention is for the Winrar, which is a data compression application (mainly) for Windows.
You can DL the Winrar application (I think you have the free limited version somewhere) in below link. (Sorry if you knew about the Winrar! Just making sure)

WinRAR download and support. WinRAR is a powerful Windows tool to compress and decompress zip, rar and many other formats: Homepage

You have to decompress the file you downloaded (I mean the quickstart or whatever you mentioned in OP), using the winrar, to see what is in there.
You probably will find a folder, that have ".quick" at the end of the name.
Then, it is a quickstart folder.
You read the manual below in that case, and follow the instruction!
