Newby with questions after the first season

This forum has been very helpful in regards to poor minor league stats and ridiculous easy trades with AI. I have changed the minor league AB setting according to Spritze's suggested percentages ( 8-10% AAA, 11-13 AA, 16-18 A)and it has made quite a difference. I have also switched trades to hard which made trading more reasonable. First year seemed to go Ok, after the first year I received some kind of rating which was very low. GM rating was OK, any idea how this other rating is generated?

I don't think anyone knows how that is generated, and I don't pay it much in the way of attention.

The season score is a big mystery. The owner will let you know what he thinks by increasing the budget and not firing yoU!
