Importing teams from my league to others?

I know how to import historical teams to my leagues, but what if I want to import teams from other leagues that I ran? Can I do it? Where does the computer save my league to on my computer?

Assuming you use Windows, it's My Documents > Out of the Park Developments > OOTP9 > saved_games > yourleague.lg

As for the importing, someone else will have to guide you. I've never done it.
