Transferring Leagues

I still have OOTP 8, and I was wondering if I could transfer my league to 10. I was just wondering if it would be a problem skipping over a version in that regard. Also, I would like to know if this has any effects on my players or anything. Just curious, I would like to keep the league but it really doesn't matter much to me, I usually start from scratch each version I get anyways.

I'd imagine they'll keep the option to convert your league available. I'd also expect to see some fluxuation in your player ratings albeit minimal. With this new pitching model in place however i guess you get to see a truer view of your pitchers via the individual pitch ratings

I actually just asked this in the other transferring thread.

If you don't feel like reading through, Markus said you won't be able to import from version 8, but if you download the version 9 demo and upload it into that, you can then upload it into version 10.
