Alternate Universe Baseball needs GMs

I posted a few days about the possibility of an alternate-historical league beginning with the 1914 season.

I received a few responses and so decided to give it a go. Here's the breakdown on how it will work:

The 16 MLB teams of 1914 will each protect 12 players from their actual rosters.

The 8 expansion teams (based in Federal League cities, plus Milwaukee because I didn't want third teams in St. Louis or Chicago) will then draft from a pool of the unprotected MLB players PLUS the Federal League players AND Negro League players who were playing in 1914.

The league will be played in career mode, with financials turned off for the time being (that could change down the road).

I will use an adjusted database based on Iatric's (my addition will be adding in the Negro Leaguers) so that as guys like Josh Gibson come up, they will enter the league via the draft like other rookies.

The league will be split into a 12 team AL and 12 team NL, each league will have two divisions. Here's the divisional alignment and which teams have been taken (* indicates expansion team):
