So market size, budget, fan loyalty will change over time, getting bigger or smaller, based on performance of your team? Is this correct?
The reason why ask this is because I want to take a small market team and turn them into a powerhouse. That would be really hard if they
Stay small.

Not always based on the performance of your team. Budget and Fan Loyalty/Interest should, but I don't know if Market Size is random.
