AI controlled minor leagues

I have my minor leagues controlled by the AI (promotions/demotion, signings/releases, and lineups/depth charts).
One day I get a message that a player has no more days left on waivers. When I go to check, there are about 15 players who have cleared waivers and are waiting. Does these mean the AI means to release these players? When I click on the AI to adjust rosters and depth charts, these players are still on the waivers list. They are of course still on the minor league rosters also. Why did the AI put all of these players on waivers?

Also, after the rookie draft, I have over 60 players on my rookie league team roster. Should I go through and release players to clear the rosters? Will it affect my team morale to release 30-some players at once?

1) I do not really trust my minor league managers , so I controll my minor league promotions/demotions myself. I can not help you here, so I will leave it for someone who has more knowledge than I do.

2) I do not think # of players you release at once will affect your team morale, even though I have not really released 30+ players at once. I do not think you really have to cear the rookie league roster though, do you?
If I were you, I will do it gradually, by releasing 5 players/month, over a season, if you are really worried.

I am sorry, I am not much of a help here. Please take this as a bump. I am sure someone else will be more helpful.
