Help! Schedules Not Loading!!

I'm trying to sim historical leagues and now three times schedules have not loaded after completing a season and full off season. Instead of staring with opening day, it begins the playoffs in early April.

Is it something I'm doing or something I should be doing? I'm a long time 6.5 player who's enver experienced this problem before.

It matches the previous year's playoff teams. And yeah, it's a bummer as lose an entire year.

Yes. Everything was fine up until opening day. I just simmed another year and it appears to be happening again. I'm just at the beginning of spring training, but I don't see any regular season games on the schedule.

This stinks.

Is there a simple way to create a schedule for the entire league? Every time I go to the set up screen and try to edit the schedule, it doesn't allow me to create a fictional schedule. I get an error message stating "Scheduled can only be generated in the pre-season". Well, I am in the pre-season (March 4th).

There has to be an easy solution.

the pre-season is cutoff once Spring Training starts if Im not mistaken (I apologize for not being able to check myself at the moment)

will the game allow you to import a schedule?

Go to the Game Setup/League setup/Functions page in the game. About halfway down, you'll see the option.

Thanks, but I'm still having problems. It says I can only do so during the pre-season. So when is the pre-season? Considering I'm on March 4 and it's not letting me do it, it's before March 4. But considering I am on March 4, how can I get a schedule going?

Was this issue ever fixed? I have a problem that sounds very similar with my "The Baseball Chronicle" online league. One of the minor leagues' seasons (Eastern League) didn't "end" until May 2, 1895 (we have no playoffs) even though the last scheduled game was in September of 1894. I wasn't able to edit the schedule as the sim was acting like it was in-season for that league when obviously it should have been in offseason, and eventually, preseason.

And now, with the league at June 1, the Eastern League is in offseason, but changing the date of the next season's start doesn't do anything and under the baseball in the menu, there's no next date for any event (you know, like it usually says something like "07-31-1895: Trading Deadline") - there's nothing there.

From the 'Edit League Structure' option in game setup I can generate a schedule, but if I sim them, the stats for 1894 just keep accruing. Basically I can't get the league to accept that it's not 1894 any longer - it's 1895.

I'm guessing my league file is hosed which sucks as this is an online league.

I had to delete the problem league and re-create it as a new minor league. So I've moved past the problem (which hasn't come back - so far), but I was never able to continue that league.

OK. I'll close this thread for now, but if you do happen to be able to recreate the problem, let us know and we'll try to sort it out and get it so it doesn't happen in v10.
