Deadball backgrounds
Here are 119 facegen backgrounds for use in deadball-era leagues. I compiled these for my own 19th century online league and thought I'd share them with anyone else who might want them. These will provide you with a great deal of variety and historical realism, if you're tired of seeing your player photos in front of 40,000-seat stadia and that BNN logo.
http://www.victory-league.com/deadballbgs.zip Place all files in the facegen\background directory of your documents folder. Remove (move or delete) any backgrounds you do not want to use. If your league is already running and you want to update player photos, go to game setup and choose "force update/generate player pictures." Otherwise, if you're about to start a new league, just put them in the background folder before starting up OOTP and it will use them when generating new photos. These were compiled from an array of historical photos I found around the internet. To have the most possible backgrounds, I used most photos twice, sometimes three or four times, just capturing different areas. There are some old team photos, some action photos, some field/stadium shots, and even some artwork that looked realistic enough when sized down. You can view some examples on my league site: Transcontinental Baseball Association Home Enjoy! I welcome any comments, suggestions or additions you have.

Thank you! These are awesome, and really add to the look and feel of my 19th century league!
