Is John "Happy" Littleton the middleweight included in the database? If he isn't he should be. Check out his record on boxrec.

Happy Littleton

In my universe, 15 fights is sort of the benchmark for a fighter entering their prime and being considered a title threat. I didn't want to take the time to build him up starting with his first professional fight and decided to use his real-life back story so he could hit the ground running in my universe.

My universe is set in the present time, with shot glass full of boxing's golden eras (just a shot) to create the flavor I'm looking for.

That way, it's more realistic with the current "who's on top" snapshot of the game, but it has the flavor of some more of the games most dynamic personalities added it. (See Notes From A Title Bout Universe).

Mixing today's top fighters with a handful of fighters from past and having a whole bunch of "regular guys" to round things up creates plenty of drama in the ring!

Ok thanks Jim. It sounds like you run your uni similar to mine. I have certain fighters from the past fighting in my present uni but most are modern days fighters. Davey Moore hung around for the longest time @ JMW until he was finally KO'd by Peter Manfredo & lost his WBA belt. In a comeback fight, he was knocked out by Mayorga too.

Zaragoza & Tony Ayala are 2 other fighters still active in my uni.

Here is a file I have for him. I don't know who created it. He's a MW slugger 8 in this file.

LOL, you are not joking! I use all 5 titles (including IBO) & have more contenders than I know what to do with! As it is now, my 154 lb champs have a tough defense almost every time out. I'd pity the poor guy who'd be my lone champ @ 154!

I dont have current IBF champ Cristobal Cruz in my db. I know that I had him at one time in a previous version. Does anyone have a rating for him? Thanks.

Guys I'd like to see include:

Alfredo Angulo @ JMW
Marcos Rene Maidana @ JWW
Juan Manuel Lopez @ JFW
Roman Gonzalez @ Straw

Also K-9 Bundridge after his surprising KO of a prospect in Europe last weekend.

In case you can't tell, I like big punchers.
Yes Hamed..would love to see those guys rated as well. I know we have Lopez now in the db. Well, take care fellas.

Yeah, glad to see him in there..will have to get him going in my uni. Bundrage is one of those guys that can pull the big upset and turn around and lose to someone he should destroy. I like to watch him fight though.

Good thread so far.

Going off the beaten path, a few guys I'd be interested in seeing added:

Fast Eddie Hopson SFW boxrec 1571

Pawel Wolak JMW boxrec 262391

Danny Jacobs SMW boxrec 432984

Rockin' Rodney Moore WW boxrec 3991

True, he's 1-0 in my uni via a 1st round KO.

Former British Lightweight Champion Arthur Danahar. He defeated such fighters, as Eric Boon, Ernie Roderick and Jackie Kid Berg.

Yes, I liked Eddie also, meade. I found some footage of him in the VHS collection I forgot about. He and Rockin' Rodney were both TNF regulars. Fun guys to watch back in the "old" days. Hard to believe that TNF has been gone so long.

Does anyone have a rating for Cristobal Cruz? I am almost positive that I had him in a previous version but cant find him in the new database. He has grabbed a title now and I would like to use him in my current uni. Thanks.

I don't have him in my mega database so it is unlikely that he was in an earlier version or submitted to the mods threads

Does anyone have an older version of Eddie Hopson? (I believe he was in an earlier version / TF-99). If not, I plan to get around to making him soon.
