Problem 9.2.2 Screen goes white and windows message...

I've been enjoying the game for quite awhile but out of the blue I started the game up and it gets to the 100% finalizing and hangs. When I click the mouse button at the top it says (Not Responding). If I click the mouse again the screen turns white and a message comes up saying "OOTP has stopped working." Then it says that "windows will notify me if there is a solution" but I waited a week or so and there does not seem to be any solution be given to me.

I tried administrator mode and I get the exact same results. I tried starting a new league but once I get to stage 6 and it is ready to start the same thing happens. I ran a virus check through Norton 360 and it says everything is fine - but frankly I think most of these virus protectors don't do a helluva lot. I am using Vista and I have more than enough room (over 150gig) on the hard drive free and 4gb ram.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

The first and easiest step would be to uninstall OOTP 9 and reinstall version 9.2.11: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...-released.html
