Gambo Help

I downloaded Spanky's All Time GeatsTemplate and then downloaded Gambos Complete photo set. The photos are in the saved_game/news/html/images. They are jpeg files. I have tried everything I can think of, but I can't get the pictures to show up in the game. I just get the facegen picture. I made sure to remove the pictures from the folder. I started the game first and then tried to download the photos. They are in the right spot, I think. I can see them. Any help???

I don't know if I have the photos in the right spot. I'm playing OOTP 9. Is there a different location to place the photos besides the location I mentioned in the above post? I also just downloaded The Premier League quick start and I would like to use the Facepack there also. Any help would really be appreciated.

Aside from the news/html/images folder within every saved game folder you have, the main spot for photos is within: My Documents/Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 9/photos. I would put them all in there, then close and reopen your game and they should all start coming up.

If you place the entire Gambo photo pack into 'photos' folder, every league you use moving forward will now use that photo pack and you'll never need to add them to another league again.

However, if you open up your news/html/images folder within your new quickstart league, you should see thousands of jpeg files? Make sure you extracted them there, and didn't just put folders of pictures into that folder. Because the way you set it up initially should have worked.
Go to Game/Game Setup/Player & Picture options/
And make sure 'Player Pictures For' is set to 'All Players'. But I just checked the file and it is.

The html/images folder is for each singular league if you want them to have unique pictures.

The only drawback of putting them all into the 'photos' folder is that if you ever start a fictional league and don't want to use those pictures (since some fictional players will eventually have the same name as a real player and get a real picture) you'll need to pull them out.

As you click on each player and load up their pictures, a copy of the pictures in the 'photos' folder is placed into the html/images folder of your league. After simming every 25 years or so, you can always clean the html/images folder out of player pictures if you have them all in your photos folder as well.

Are they extracted into the savedgame/news/html/images file? because you can't just put the folders in there it won't work. What you have to do is,open the savedgame/news/html/images file in one window and then shrink the window.Next go to your downloads and open the folder for each season one by one(it is a pain but its the only thing that works) hit select all, then go over to the selected photos right click and hit copy go over to the images window and click paste.do that for each year one by one and it will work i guarantee it.Any more questions let me know
