AI controlling signings/trades etc.

How do I stop the dumb AI from signing players for me and trading my players away? Under Manager Settings I have Team Control settings all set to me. But the AI still signs and trades players for me and it's starting to piss me off.

check to see if you are on vacation?

there is a button to go on vacation on one of the manager pages

Nope I checked that.. I'm not on vacation.

Could it be doing it because the AI feels I'm not addressing needs at certain positions or because my roster is short players or something?

the AI doesn't do this - if you're sure you have all the settings correct, it might be a bug?

there is also a spot on the game setup page, maybe called league functions that will "set all teams to computer controlled" or something like that. And then a button to "return human controlled teams back over to human control" (something like that).

I haven't used those buttons much so I don't know if it changes what displays on your manager page when you have the computer AI controlling the team.

Or go to your Team Home Page, then Options & Ballpark and select (so it has a check mark) Prevent Any AI Roster Changes.
