My copy takes a while to load but never crashes, give it a while to fire up.

And I'll be making sure EVERYONE in AAA/AA has been custom rated as well, but I think doing low minors is just a bit too much more work for me at this point. I hope everyone understands. I think without that though it's still a solid set.

i also had the problem with the crash. I updated ootp with the latest patch and it no longer crashes.

Takes awhile to load but does not crash.

CubbyFan and jwisenberg,

Are you guys using versions 9.2.2 or 9.2.3? I have found that 9.2.3 fixes the problem of games getting stuck at 22% when loading, and also significantly decreases load times. With 9.2.3 your rosters load completely within 1-1.5 minutes for me CubbyFan, and I have an archaic beast machine.

There is no 9.2.3. Version 9.2.2 is the latest. Unless you know something the rest of us don't.

No problem. It's kind of unusual they didn't make it more open for people to see. I just stumbled across it a while back. Best patch in my opinion!

Cubby, is it possible to have the San Francisco Giants in your league? Also when do you think you'll post the final release? (The one your gonna use in your league) Just wondering because I am working my own fictional world but want to use the real players from your file. I want to use the most up to date ratings for players. I know your not doing single A or below. I just want to know when you have all the touch ups done. The only thing I have seen in your file that was released in this thread is that the K's are little high. My first season Tim Lincecum had 334 strikeouts in the season...Im happy becuase I am a giants fan but that seems like alot. So if you could just give me an estimate on when the league will start and when the final release for this roster set?

what? Seemed to work fine for me.

When unzipping the file you need to close down the game if that is what you mean.

I don't think I've seen this questioned answered yet. Is there a reason that each stadium has a capacity of 42,000? If I edit stadiums to include real dimensions and capacity, will that throw things out of whack? Thanks.

I believe the game, by default, sets all stadium capacities to 42,000, for leagues of "Major League Level" status. Changing them completely shouldn't be a problem.

This may be a dumb assumption on my part but could we just copy and paste the stadium dat file from Cubby's 08 roster to fix that?

I'm not sure if this has been fixed yet, but 3B Mark Kotsay is assigned to AAA Pawtucket; he should be a free agent.

If you don't have Al do Roster moves then Draft List will happen.

Santos Rodriguez needs to be added to the White Sox. 3B,1B,Bullpen and so on Coaches and Staff need to be added to the Personal Market.
