Would anyone know - for those of us that may not have kept our authorization code in a handy spot, will 5.1 read our cookie or set-up file and install itself without prompting us for the activation number? I tend to get excited like a little kid on Christmas installing new baseball games so never pay much attention to keeping the ducks in a row.

Just copy the executable into your game directory. It will work fine.
