Can you create players from scratch?

Apparently you cannot have a historical league and start it with a player draft. Or can you?

Be in Commissioner mode. (I always play in Commish mode, so I just assume you should be in it for some functions.)

1) Go to your Free Agent screen. See the Create Fictional Player button? Click that. Doesn't matter what settings you select on that pop up dialog. Once the player is created you can go into the Editor screen and change everything.

2) IIRC, you can. What year are you looking at? Pre-1901 automatically starts with an initial draft. If you are post-1901...

Create a historical league and then go to Game > Game Setup > League Setup > and there should be a Release All/Initial Draft option. I think. It's been a while since I've checked.
