Trading Options: What works Best?

I've noticed that trading in this game can be very easy, which I was at first giddy about and then a little disappointed with. What options do you set that offer the most realistic trading scenarios? Something where a LaPorta- Sabathia deal would just go through...

I think the common settings is Hard/low frequency/favor prospects. You could even do extra hard.

I support this. Average for both trade difficulty and frequency is unrealistic, IMO. I do have neutral (between favoring veterans and prospects) set in my game, however.
