DMB vs. OOTP
I am considering a purchase of OOTP Baseball...
I have been a long time user of DMB, but the current happenings with that company have me turned off a little. I have taken the last year off from simulation baseball because of school and other happenings, but am looking to get involved in it again. So for those OOTP groupies...can you guys compare and contrast DMB and OOTP for me? Positives, negatives, etc... I appreciate it in advance! Thanks! |

I too switched over from DMB. Although OOTP might not be as accurate I enjoy it much more. A few of OOTP pluses:
On screen ball locations, sound, fully customizable, much more control of teams, player pics, no neeed to purchase a disk every year, just to name a few. The down side, well it takes a little more work to set up and can seem overwhelming at first but overall I like OOTP a lot more. John |
