Lennox Lewis has improved into a pretty good analyst. His comment on how angula was making a mistake in the way he was backing up was right on. The team they have tonight is very good.

He ref counted the 9 and 10 in the main event back-to-back (too fast). Still, nice stoppage by Gamboa (although he still gets clocked too much with his pretty low hands and will get murdered by anyone higher up the talent ladder at this point). The Angulo fight should have been stopped by the corner, ref or doctor around Round 6. Martinez was impressive.

That 9, 10 count was too fast but at least he can take solace in the fact he lasted longer than Kimbo Slice who was stopped tonight in 14 seconds.

And he wasn't KOd by a guy who was a 3rd stringer on The Contender (Seth Petruzelli being a 3rd stringer on The Ultimate Fighter Season 2).

LOL, I know. I read earlier yesterday that Elite XC is like $56 million in the red & they needed Kimbo to be their star.

We hear that MMA is such a fast growing sport but that looks like it only holds true for UFC & maybe WEC. If the sport is as hot as the media always claims, why is Elite XC millions in the red?

Maybe they'll be taken care of by the bailout package that was passed the other day .

LOL, right Jim - they might as well get in line. My father heard the airline industry may be next claiming they need help. Auto industry & the state of California might need fed help too.
