I'm about to fix the last few remaining bugs, then then tesers have a few more days to play with it, and if everything is ok it'll be released to the public!

I tried to make it all the way though this post to answer a question that I have about something that I would like to see changed but could not get past all the drivel, so here I am to ask a question that may have already seen the light of day.

In the next patch is it going to be possible that you can demote/promote coaches and staff to a level without having to take them all the way to the bigs and then send them back down. I would love as a new GM (just as most in real life do) to shake things up we I first take over a team. Also in the offseason after losing say your AA HC and seeing that the guy in Low A actually would make a fine AA HC just put him there. In the current system that is not something that is easy to do and you also have the possibility of pissing off good members of your staff.

Sorry if it has already been asked I just could not be bother to read the complaints. This is just a general question, and if it is not going to happen that is fine I can live with it, just wouldn't mind if it were changed either.

It won't happen in the patch and probably not in the next release.
Much as I'd like to see it too, it's been deemed too difficult (somewhere by Markus or somebody) and is unlikely to happen.
