BZ 1908: Team abbreviations duplicated if there are no nicknames

I have a league with four teams in one city (London, to be exact). They're abbreviated Lon1, Lon2, Lon3, Lon4. If I begin a game without generating nicknames, all of them will be given the abbreviation Lon4. If I generate nicknames first, they will have their appropriate abbreviations.
