BZ 1568: Foul ball locations

Another problem that's not particularly serious, but nobody else seems to have reported it, so I guess I will.

We seem to have gone from foul balls with no location in the Game Log, to foul balls with ridiculous locations (shortstop, deep center field), to foul balls whose only location is 2F (fouled at the plate). Having all foul balls go to the same location provides no more useful information than foul balls with no location. It would be nice to have accurate locations for foul balls, as it in theory provides some useful information, but if it's going to take a lot of effort to make that work, I'd be perfectly happy with what we started with ... foul balls with no location indicated.
