BZ 1407: Uniform Number Increase

The bug that was patched in OOTP8 has returned to OOTP9. When promoting/demoting players, their uniform numbers increase by 1.

Is this for all players, or does it only happen when another player already has their uniform number in the team they are being promoted or demoted to?

All players whether the number is taken or not.

When a player comes back off the DL, his number changes to one higher, or if he comes off and someone else has his number, he gets a new one.

Are you sure a players number changes to one higher every time he comes off the DL? or are you saying when he comes off and someone else has his number it goes to one higher?

This has been a bug in the last two versions of the game, and has not been addressed.

This is simply not true as I have tested and tested it. I didn't test the DL thing but the other one where you move a guy to the majors and this happens

Dadman New User Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 1	Player Off DL loses Jersey Number When a player comes back off the DL, his number changes to one higher, or if he comes off and someone else has his number, he gets a new one.
