Should I purchase now or wait for a price drop?

I just got back into my career in OOTP2007 and d/l and tried the OOTP9 demo. I really like the demo, so should I wait for a price drop (similar to the temporary drop during the All-Star Week), or should I just buy it now and not look back?

I know this is somewhat rhetorical, but does the price typically drop as the season draws to an end (as it is now)? Thanks in advance!

Buy it now. Don't look back.

Or in any other direction.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

It won't drop any time soon. Last I looked they are still charging full price for some of the past versions.

Unless you are hard-pressed financially, buy it now and start enjoying it.

It's a great game.

I'm not sure about a price break.

You will more than get your money's worth by buying now and not waiting for a price break.

And also don't let our grousing throw you off the game. Some of us really want the game to be better, different, and supported differently, but that has nothing to do with whether or not you should buy the game.

Yeah, I'm thinking of buying.

Do you still get two licenses for each purchase?

Yes and it is clearly worth the price.

If they run a discount, it will be in October. You'll kick yourself for not buying it today, though.

Wait for the price drop. Get some things done around the house. Visit family. Volunteer.

On second thought, yeah, get the game now. It's more fun than the alternatives.

A price drop will only be 10 bucks or so and like previous posters I agree won't be for many moons. Get it now you won't be sorry...

Yeah, it's about this - do you want to forego the enjoyment of playing for just a few dollars? I'd say no. And financially speaking, you'll be saving even less in the future, such is the trajectory of the great US dollah.
