Mac OOTP9.1.6: Cannot add servers in Add-Ons Central

I've tried adding servers to the list in Add-Ons Central but when I enter the URL the server fails to appear on the list. The Remove Server function works fine, but Add apparently does not. I have hit Reload and nothing changes. I am on a Mac PowerBook G4, FYI.

Which servers in particular are you trying to add?

Doesn't matter which servers - the game won't add them when I put the URL in. I've tried with PadresFan's, SkyDog's, and even OOTP's official one. Doesn't work in-game.

I did find the addons.xml file and added the servers by hand and now they show up in the game, but when I hit Reload/Refresh Add Ons nothing shows up.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and I get the same behavior.

I'm sorry, but we seem to be short on Mac users at the moment. Were you ever able to figure anything out on this matter?
