Not Loading

This game looks cool, but Im having trouble loading it from desktop or programs. Got XP. Tried re installing it 10X and no luck. Went to contol panel and even changed the dep to essential service only. Any advice would be gladly appreciated. Thanks.

When you tried reinstalling, did you redownload the install files?

What is your processor speed, available hard drive space, and RAM?

When you say that you are having trouble loading it, what exactly do you mean? What exactly happens when you try to run the program?

thanks for writing back. What happens is i download it from disk they sent me. No problems down loading, but when i click the logo on desktop nothing happens or when i click it in programs. I have a 1.5 proccessor and memory i just upgraded. sorry i'm not to computer savoy!Wonder what it is? i also downloaded from confirmation on email, but no luck.never had problems with other merchandise from company, hockey manager etc...

Another thing i did was i removed it from my system completly the game. so i can start from scratch. look forward to hearing from you. thanks.

You were sent a disk? From OOTP Developments? Just to confirm, you are referring to OOTP 9, correct?

Hit Alt-Ctrl-Del and click on the Performance tab of your Windows Task Manager screen. Let us know your Total and Available Physical Memory values.

Double-click My Computer and then right-click your hard drive (probably C: ) and select Properties. Let us know your Used space and Free space.

Has it going? I got 1545352 TOTAL PHYSICAL MEMORY and 858180 AVAILABLE PHYSICAL MEMORY. HARD DRIVE LOCALC 117GB FREE SPACE and TOTLAL SIZE 149 GB once again thanks for your patience and help my friend. I'm not to good with computers and your instructions

were perfect!

Okay. Those values seem fine.

Do you know which directory you installed your game into? Possibly C:\Program Files\OOTP Developments\OOTP 9 or something like that? Could you try going into that directory and double left-clicking the ootp9.exe icon? Maybe there is a problem with the shortcuts.

You could also try opening up My Documents, right-clicking C:, selecting Properties, selecting the Tools tab, then pressing the Check Now button in the Error-checking section. That would make sure that your hard drive doesn't have any problems.
