Lots of Problems with Loading

I have several problems going on right now so here we go.

1. I can't load my online league, DABS, even though I have the file. Here is the screenshot of what it says.

It also says "The loading of the database failed. It is either corrupt or a save-game from an old version." I know that it is not an old version and I have tried several files so I don't believe it's corrupt.

2. I don't understand this but I have two OOTP 9 file areas, one in applications and another in documents.

This may be the problem with the first question since I cannot change any of the files around otherwise the game will not load. When I leave the game like this it works fine but I would like to play in an online league at some point. I hope someone can help. Thank you very much.

I am almost certain that this is due to the fact that you and your on-line commish are using different versions of OOTP9. When you open up the program, you'll see the version number in the lower left hand corner of the screen. Can you please compare notes with your commish to verify that you are using the same one?

Also, OOTP tends to install in multiple areas. Is it causing you any harm?
