Still experiencing draft day crash in 916
When I patched to 912, I noticed my game began to crash every time I hit the continue draft button. I noticed it had been apparently fixed in 916, so I immediately downloaded the new setup file and reinstalled. However, even then I was still experiencing the crash. I've reinstalled a couple more times, including a complete uninstall then reinstall the last time, however, still no success. I'm not sure why it's still doing it if the issue was fixed in 916.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Are you using the league you'd created in 9.1.2? If so, could you start a new league in 9.1.6 and see if you get the same problem.

The league dated back prior to 912(I actually didn't have problems at all until patching to 912) but I see what you mean. I tried it and I still encountered the crash.

How much RAM does your computer have and how many teams and leagues does your saved game have?

1 GB.
Both the original league and the 916 test league were the MLB 2008 quickstarts, so 7 leagues and 210 teams IIRC. Last edited by Waindizzle06; 08-10-2008 at 08:30 PM. |

Hrm. Could you please test a fictional league to see if that will cause the same type of crashing behavior?

Sorry about the delay; been busy getting ready for heading back to school.
I tried starting a fictional league and this time it crashed on inaugural draft day. Any idea what's causing these crashes? |
