Strange Human v. Computer manager Issue

I am in an OOTP 9 online league. We have twelve teams in the league, some of which are run by humans and some are run by the computer. The issue we are having is that the computer simply refuses to run some of the teams that have been designated as computer teams. All the "computer" teams are set up exactly the same, yet the computer will run some and ignore others. Even with the human teams, if we set them to be temporarily run by the computer if someone is on vacation, or unavailable for an extended period of time, the computer will simply ignore certain teams. Its basically a crap shoot as to whether or not the computer will choose to run that team. This problem is not an OOTP 9 issue since it existed in OOTP 2007 as well. Has anyone experienced this or heard of it before? If so, is there a fix?

Are you sure you are checking or unchecking the allow AI to run the team on the teams it's ignoring. even if you set the computer to be the GM, if that box is checked in the team set up page, the computer GM can't do anything.

Not only that, there are a couple of other little toggles which must be in the correct positions, if you want the AI to fully manage and run everything for an organization. Are you sure all these settings are correct?

Also, this is the first I've heard of an online league which mixes human and AI-controlled teams.

Unfortunately, we had some owners drop out of the league so that's why we have some computer run teams and some human teams. Anyway, I stumbled across the "Set all computer controlled teams to allow AI roster changes" button under league setup and that seemed to correct the problem. Thanks for your help anyway. Mods please feel free to close this thread.
