War Years

I was wondering if there are any databases that take in account a players war service. For instance Ted Williams was gone for three years.

The Garlon/spritze and the Spritze db both fill in war year gaps, WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, WWW and all the rest of the various and sundry wars including Grenada and Canada (coming up).

They also fill in all other gaps in any players career. Other gaps use a slightly different formula than WW2 gaps.

Thank you that answers my question. Now if only there was a Negro DB it would go good with the uniforms on Padres site. Thanks again.
