Having problems setting up online leagues

I am new to OOTP and wanted to jump right into MP leagues, but I'm having problems getting them to load up. Below is what I'm getting when I'm trying to load the game for my MLBSL league.

I have a folder in my saved games folder called "mlbsl.lg"

Here's a list of folders and files inside that folder:

Here's the message I get when I try to open the league:

I'm running on Vista with the lastest version of the game.

I tried deleting all the league files and starting from stratch, but didn't have any luck.

Help?

Yeah, that folder needs to be full of .dat files. Presumably they are being stored in that .tar file. Once you get the files out, the league should load up just fine. Please let us know how it goes.
