Coming Christmas, 2001: I'm going to start my own sim, using the database built by IatricSB. The sim will start in 1903 and continue until 1933, at which point I will start doing recaps. Why 1933? Well, it's actually quite simple. The fire sales of the depression were raging, so I think this might be a good alternate history time period to investigate. The first all-star game, the first MVP awards(around this time), several top stars, the list goes on. The Historic Replay League will see you in 33 years!

I was also planning to start a Historical Sim soon, it will start in 1901 with Negro League Players added along the way. Financials will be off and I will be using IatricSB's database.
The major difference will be that it wont be a straight replay as the teams will all be different. The league will feature an Eastern League consisting of; Baltimore Privateers Boston Minutemen Brooklyn Broncos Buffalo Barnstormers New York Emperors Newark Knights Philadelphia Patriots Washington Warhawks and a Western League featuring; Chicago Titans Cincinnati Kings Cleveland Cougars Detroit Demons Kansas City Blues Milwaukee Barons Pittsburgh Miners St. Louis Showboats I will begin posting in 1951, allowing readers to select a half century team, renaming awards, and electing the hall of fame. |

My first 33yr great players edition featuring Harry Coveleskie, Tyrus Raymond Cobb, and Hank Ritter (I apologize for Ritter, his spectacular career was a direct result of me looking for players with my last name in the modified database, and not thinking that I'd use it when I first d/l'd, and then deleting his career ERA stat. oops.

Due to Windows ME crashing my league and corrupting the files *again*, I won't be doing this league.
