BZ 1781: AI roster churning

I'm playing a fictional game with a 24-team major league and 5 levels of minors, and I've noticed an insane level of roster churning by the AI for the minor leagues. I've attached a series of screen shots that illustrate one day of transactions for one minor league. Notice that many of the players are promoted and demoted between the same two teams.

What this only hints at (look at the beginning and the end of the images) is that, to a large extent, these same transactions occur over and over again each day. I saved an html file of the transaction report, but I can't upload html files to this forum. I tried saving the html file as a text file, but it's 677K, which is too large to upload.

Which version of OOTP 9 are you using, please, and what are the roster limits for each of your affiliated minor league levels?

Version is 9.1.2 (latest patch). Roster limits are 25 for major league, 28 for minor league (AAA, AA, A, S-A) except for 35 (rookie league).

Hrm. Nothing wrong with those settings. Could you please FTP us a zipped copy of your .dat files and let us know the filename per the following instructions:

Alternatively, could you try setting your S-A league to a roster limit of 35 to see if that settles things?

This issue was claimed fixed for the upcoming patch. If you still have trouble with this matter after patching, please post a link to this thread along with a detailed explanation of what happened and we will re-open this report. Thanks.
