Not Happening Trades

I do have it set at Very High and Easy and do have Trades Enabled,Trades with other Leagues and Trade recent Drafted Players turned on and using MLB Quickstart that came with the Game and don't want to have to redo what I have done meaning updated Rosters to today.
The only League in my League that Computer Control Teams aren't Trading would be the MLB Quickstart because other Leagues I have in it are Trading with each other but not with MLB Quickstart and should be.
In other Leagues of mine Trades do happen between all Leagues.

What are your AI evaluation settings set to?

I also have a feeling that the period upto the start of spring training isn't the most active in terms of trading.

When you say MLB Quickstart do you mean the MLB game with real rosters that comes with the game or the actual quickstart?

Also, what is the NFL doing in there? (nothing to do with the issue, just curious)

Are you attempting to make trades with other teams, or are you stating that the teams aren't trading with each other?
