Injury fix for next patch

Recently I had two players injured in a game, I received a personal note stating that my player had been injured for 8 months. I hit OK and without actually looking at the player, I went to the bottom of the player screen and put him on the 60 day DL. However, the player that popped up on the screen wasn't the same guy (he was actually my starting catcher out for only 5 days). My suggestion for the next patch or version would be that when a message about a player pops up, that player should then appear on the next window or if trying to put someone on the 60 day DL, he should be hurt long enough to qualify (some sort of system that would know that a mistake was being made). I mean, who in their right mind would put a guy out day to day on the 60 day DL?

Just go to the editor screen and take him off. Obviously, if you knew it was only 5 days, you wouldn't have put him on any DL list to begin with.
