The new rosters have the start date at April 1st instead of March 31st. So Boston/Oakland don't play on March 25th either... It would be great if you could change that along with the AA ratings for 2.5.

Advanced it to put in draftees. Not going to be able to roll it back and keep draftees. Scheduled double-headers for the first week so all teams play the same amount of games.

What Major League Edits did you make? Francisco Liriano's the best pitcher in the game?

He has the highest "overall" rating because the game takes into account past stats. His 2006 season was one of the best in recent history. Rating wise he isn't the best in the set, below Santana and a few others I believe. Don't see why that's a big deal considering when healthy the numbers he's put up.

Yiu can change the Date back if you want to and then regenlate the Schedule. The Date should be as of Today meaning like 7-21-08 to end of season.

Some prospects are overrated, some guys are prospects and shouldn't be in AA and lower, those are the only real problems.

I donīt know if you got Pokey Reese in the last 2.2 version, but he was retired in the 2.1
He was signed to a minor league contract of Columbus Clippers in May. Then he shouldnīt be on the retired list IMHO Minor League Baseball: Stats: Player Iīm working over photos, and have found a bunch like Pokey that has fallen out. When Iīm ready I will fill in some more, if you care to fix them. Pictures on many, perhaps 100s |

I'll go ahead and throw ol' Pokey in the free agent pool.
![]() If anyone wants to help, I could use someone to do the minor league stadiums and someone to do minor league coaches. Let me know if interested. Also if anyone knows a way to roll the file back to March 25, we could keep draft picks AND have the regular schedule. Let me know on that too if you know any way. Worst case scenario, I'll go beg Markus. :P |

I noticed some of the Orioles minor leage managers have the $0 contract until 2262 (I think that's the right year). Was this somethat that couldn't be edited in OOTP 8 but now can be in 9? Or is that still not able to be edited?

Well, I am collecting a HUGE photo file that has new pictures on some players you donīt have any on, AND pcitures on players that still have their old baseball caps from last years teams. Itīs a lot. Then I also collecting pictures on many players you got in their minor league caps/uniforms and I got them in their MLB club. Oops many players need to be unretired. Ryan Drese was in Atlanta and released, later and now I think he plays in Minor League Baseball: Stats: Player Indianapolis Indians. So he needs to be unretired. Surely I got him in a Braves uniform not the Texas old uniform. I get back........... Last edited by clamel; 07-22-2008 at 02:09 PM. |

Well lets see
the Atlanta Braves we got some players missing in AAA (some mentioned before) then Andy Shibilo Minor League Baseball: Stats: Player Barbaro Canizares Minor League Baseball: Stats: Player OK they might not have played when the season started but they play now... Same things with C Jason Phillips, he is in Richmond and I got some new photos on him Enrique Cruz also in Richmond I have included a zip-file over newer photos for Atlanta Braves and their AAA club Some are missing all together, but some like Mark Kotsay, Jair Jurrjens, Jorge Campillo with new Braves caps and uniforms. The Photos need to be checked and the "ending" _Atla needs to be deleted. A small thing of course, but then anyone can select to use this or that photos at own discression. Hm I had to divede my files. Max size was 100. ???? |

I can't remember 100%, but I think you can edit that problem now. Just haven't looked at minor league coaches at all yet.

Chicago Cubs missing Iowa Cubs Catcher Anthony Richie
Iowa Cubs: Stats: Player Pitcher Chad Fox should unretire since he was placed on DL 19/5 by the Cubs after playing 3 games from his return to the Majors on May 3rd. The 3 years of retirement ended back to DL. |

Hey, sorry to bug you on this but had a question about 2.2. How complete would you say it is? To be honest, I don't care that much about every AA or A player. I could probably only name a handful for my Cubbies.
But what is kind of important to me is whether the top prospects for each organization is accurately portrayed. For instance Vitters for the Cubs. I'd like to see him develop into a major leaguer in a few years. Are those low ball, highly talented prospects represented in the set or do they still have to be edited? The guys in the minors with little to no shot at the bigs I could care less about. Thanks. |

The next release you should be good to go with, those will have all of the prospects accurately rated.

I thought I had read that this could be turned back on, but I am not able to turn the Rule V draft back on. Why is this? Doesn't make any sense not to have it.
