What is missing is ther ability to expand in 08 in the League and so on options are blackened out.
Also season starts in May and because the MLB Draft has already happened in 08 for this League it should be disable intill 09. O8 and before Templates don't work in this game okay they might but don't try and chang the Opening Day for the league to May 1st and Schedule a Expansion Draft because The Protected List and Draft Order will not show up and so on to and then try and Exit the Game and the save will not complete.

Missing photos is more likely, thnaks to 50% less.
I have still seen many photos missing and started to pack together a zip-file with missing players. Setting up another zip-file with players having their major league caps or newer uniforms after moves before 2008. |

Anyone else having trouble subbing players?
I've been playing a couple exhibition games, changing team controls before the game to 'Bud Selig' so that I am the manager. Then I can't make any subs... |

I would probably recommend creating a new manager and taking over whatever team you want to use and then deleting Bud.

Just a quick heads up, I don't know if its been changed since I've just been using the earlier roster release (great job btw, that was enough for me
) but the fact that David Price and Rick Porcello have big major league contracts when their ratings have them as low minor leaguers leads to the Rays and Tigers always putting them on waivers if you enable the rule and in at least one sim, I noticed that the Rays just outright released Price at the end of the 1st season. I went through the roster and tried to see if any other draftees have this issue but it seems to be just those two so if you haven't done so already, you might want to just give them minor league deals and take the money out of the team's finances or something.

Ack! I forgot I disabled player development too in the latest version!
Go to league setup, player and picture options to turn that option OFF!

I've decided to go ahead and edit all of AA in the way I edited AAA, so that they're both pretty thorough and complete. On top of that, the next release will have detailed prospect rankings and potential ratings for the players in systems who are more than organizational fillers.
Pretty excited about this, I think we should have a great finally "stable" release next time for you all to start playing with. This pushes back the release on that some as it will take a bit of time, but I'm hoping you won't have to keep waiting on subsequent releases after this next one, and we can just continue to fine tune it after that. Full AA rosters means all players at that level will have the most realistic ratings possible including positional ratings wherever they have played in their careers. I hope to eventually do this with the entire minor leagues so that if a guy has played somewhere, he's rated there in the game. |

Latest Version of rosters
Is the latest version of the rosters link always updated in the first post (ie; 2.1 as of right now?)

"Always" is a bit of an extreme word, however yes Cubby usually updates the first post within minutes of a new release. 2.1 is the most current version.

Yep first post will almost always have the latest file.
Planning on releasing something tonight that's very incomplete from the final (just Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston done with what I was mentioning earlier) but with the development turned back on so there's no problems. You should also be able to get an idea of what the final set will look like based on their AA and prospects. |

Awesome. I'm not trying to rush you, but I'm just wondering how long it will take until 2.5 is complete. My friends are anxious to start our league, but I keep telling them the wait will be worth it.

I would guess a few weeks, that's my best guess. This is a bit harder than doing MLB or even AAA because although I know a lot about those players, some of these scrubs in AA I have no idea about at all.
It is pretty cool to see them perform like real life though in test sims. In real life, there's quite a few fringe guys in AA even who could contribute in some way to a major league roster. My goal by the time this project is over is to accurately portrait that, not just have AA be a place where guys who have no shot at the majors go to play with prospects on their way up. |

Hm. if this roster set is to be played over some years, from 2008 an onwards shouldn´t the develpoment be set ON, so that these kids that play AA and AAA can make it to the big show in year 2 or 3 ???? |

The option is disable player development - with this ON it will disable player development, so if you want players to develop it should be OFF

![]() Also, I'd like to start tweaking the league totals for the lower minor leagues to get us some more realistic numbers. I'm not sure if we should do this by a ratings push across the board or by adjusting league totals. Thoughts? |

Fixed that problem and updated the main file. Also, the new file has AA rosters adjusted for Atlanta, Baltimore, and half of Boston. Just a slight update.
