Arbitration

I do not understand how it works. I do know how it works in real life but I can't figure out how to give my offer to the arbritrator.

I sim to Arbritration then I sim one more day, I get a messaging saying that these players are awarded a certain amount. How can I put in my offer for Arbitration?

You can't make an offer in arbitration in OOTP. Not possible. Just have to live with what the AI gives you or cut the player beforehand if you don't want to offer arbitration.

thats a bummer, hopefully they address this in a patch/ or next version
