Tying Run Scores - Or Didn't?

PC/MAC: PC
What were you doing? Ninth Inning, 2 outs 1-0 game. Tying run scores, trailing runner thrown out. PBP and Game Log say game over. Gameplay continues as 1-1.
Reproducible? Likely
