Can Not Post to One Forum

Don't know if this is the proper place for this but do not know how else to communicate question.

I can not post a thread to the "Suggestions for next version of OOTP" forum. I get the message that I do not have sufficient privileges or that the administrator has disabled my account. Is there some criteria to post there? How can I get the necessary privileges?

The Suggestions forum is currently closed, that is why you are getting that error message. When it is open again for OOTP10 I'm sure there will be a post in the main forum.
