Microsoft Runtime Error

The problem is with Fuzzy NCCA Template because like Date for Trade Deadline and Draft only show the month,day and for year it just gives a 1 or 2 and not 2008 or what ever so don't use that file.
Even without adding more teams to MLB08 League 10 more to make it 20 Expansion Teams the Error still pops up and all the Templates I imported into it have worked in saved games in 09 version.

So, is it crashing at 10% whilst saving or making a backup?

Is the question about protected lists another issue or related to the above?
